Preventive Cardiology Clinic makes it easy and convenient to pay your bill. Please click on the button below to submit payment. You can pay online by eCheck, VISA, American Express, MasterCard or Discover. Be sure to have your statement and payment method readily available when making your payment.
You may receive automated calls in addition to texts and emails alerting you of payment options and reminders before receiving a paper statement. Your statement will outline any out-of-pocket costs you may have. Your statement will include any deductibles and/or co-insurance amounts you may owe. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Please note, effective June 1, 2026, our clinics will accept in person payments only in the form of credit card, debit card or check
